Customer Rating: Summary: bulletproof Comment: After thinking about it for years I finally bought these headphones. To call these things well-made is a major understatement. They seem bulletproof. If you long for quality, buy these now. For all you weenies that complain about the weight, get a life. If you want light-weight, get some little breakable headphones and stop slamming these. These are for immersing yourself in the music. Nervous little cellphone users who are afraid they might miss a call should avoid this product. I listened to some Pink Floyd music I have heard hundreds of times and heard some new stuff. Amazing. Worth the price for that reason alone. Highest recommendation for ,mainly, boomer males
Customer Rating: Summary: I Will Never Need Another Set Of Headphones Again In Life...LOL Comment: You know I have brought Koss Headphones in the past, like the KSP/Sound Partner ultra lightweight stereophone, introduced in 1981, discontinued in 1986. And the HV/1LC expanded on the HV/1A by adding the option of a volume control. Introduced in 1974 and discontinued in 1983. The only problems was that I kept getting static and also having them fall apart on me but as far as the sound they had a Fantabulous Sound. I just recently purchased the Koss Pro4AAT Titanium Pro Studio Headphones and they arrived Saturday. I have been using them for my (DAW)Digital Audio Workstation. And I must admit as far as the sound they are still incredible for the price. You see the older pairs that I have owned before were at 15-25,000 Hz. But these new Koss Pro 4AAT's are as low as 10 Hz and high as 25,000 Hz and you are talking crazy bass and mid, with awesome highs. I listen to my WAV files which are at 32-64 bit quality and my music sounds live. The reason why I say that I will never need another set of headphone again in life is because. I have been purchasing headphones ever since I can remember and now the search is over especially with Koss Life Time Warranty. I will never, ever need to purchase another set of Headphones again in life..LOL Oh by the way I have read the reviews and it is true the Headphones are tight and snug. And god forbid if my head was any bigger I wouldn't be able to fit them. And as far as them being hot I figured that out. All I have to do is go to [...] and purchase the leather ear pads for them and that will eliminate that problem. Because Leather is porous and will allow a certain amount of air thru them. Where as if the pads that come with the Pro 4 AAT are like plastic and not too porous. [...] The Customer service was very assisting too. I hope this review I submit to Amazon was good enough for you to understand that you are getting a good set of Headphone. Peace & Enjoy....
Customer Rating: Summary: Absolutely INCREDIBLE headphones! Comment: My favorite headphones years ago were KOSS PRO/4X but since having them from around 1980 or so, it was time to have them replaced. Since I was so happy with KOSS, I checked out some online reviews of their latest product - the PRO4AAT Titaniums. Everyone seemed happy and some even compared these to $1000 headphones. Even though I couldn't ship them to Canada, I had to have these headphones. Long story short, I finally have them and they are nothing short of awesome! I am hearing such incredible clarity in some older CD's that I swear I've never heard before. I am very very happy indeed. The main complaint that I read of them being heavy has yet to bother me. I find them very comfortable and am so overwhelmed by the sound that I almost forget they're there. Truly a great product to own.
Customer Rating: Summary: Excellent sound quality, though the headphones are a bit heavy Comment: I don't usually recommend electronic devices, because I'm not expert, but if you're in the market for over-ear headphones, check out the Koss Pro4AA Titanium. They're expensive, but Amazon.com has a pretty good deal on them. They sound absolutely amazing, on everything from Mozart to Jay-Z. I'm just now hearing that some of my files aren't very good quality, because I'm hearing hisses and stuff I never heard before. The bass is strong, and the high frenquencies are very clear. The headphones are even semi-collapsible for carrying, and they come with a faux-velvet carrying bag. My only complaint is that they are a bit heavy and squeeze your ears (especially if you have glasses). It's not that bad, and they're supposed to be heavy for this quality. They're perfect for plane rides, I think, which is one big reason I wanted them. They'll block out lots of noise, and won't feel so heavy when I'm resting my head on the seat.
Customer Rating: Summary: Koss Pro4AAT Titanium Pro Headphones Comment: I have purchased the Koss-40 Headphones, the Koss Pro4AAT Titanium Pro Headphones and the Sony JD-Remix MDRV700 Headphones.I think they're all very good headphones for the money. I think the Sony MDRV700 compared to the Koss Pro4AAT: to be as good, or slightly better. They both reproduce clear and pronounced,high,mid-range and low sounds. The Koss-40 is a cheaper headphone, and although not as good as the Koss Pro4AAT or the Sony MDRV700...it's a good buy for those on a budget.

Koss Pro4AAT Titanium Pro Headphones are rugged, closed-ear headphones built tough enough for broadcast use but at a price even the smallest studios can afford. Built for extreme durability and with a closed ear design for maximum bass and isolation, these headphones have a wide frequency response of 10 Hz-25 kHz and feature titanium-coated high polymer diaphragms for crisp, accurate sound and oxygen-free copper voice coils for signal clarity.
