Summary: Three weeks 3 pounds but could it be......................and I think they should sell for alot less!!
Comment: Three weeks 3 pounds but could it be......................I'm sick at my stomach or have stayed in the bathroom alot for the past three weeks. I started taking these one morning and thought I would die for more than half a day, had to keep eating saltines. I didn't take anymore that day, the next day I ate first and only took 2 capsules, this helped but I still felt sick to my stomach. I noticed I don't get as hungry but I feel sick alot and go to bathroom on average of 6-8 times day. I weigh 200 plus a little, but I will have to say I don't need the entire six or 9.....3 before each meal. I would be sickly beyond going, usually nothing bothers my stomach, well yes asprin usually burns stomach. This is my own personal experince. I'd try before I bought so many. Maybe get 2 people go into togather. I think they should sell for alot less though!

Comment: I am absolutely amazed with the resuluts I have obtained with taking this weight loss supplement. Not only did I have a flow of steady energy (and I don't mean that jittery-jumpy feeling) but I am losing weight I have gained since the birth of my daughter. Obviously taking a pill alone isn't going to make u lose weight, but it does help. My appetite has definately decreased.

Comment: I give it one star for the engergy boost. That was the only benefit for me. I went to the gym, and yet my weight stayed the same. I was very excited when I ordered it, but after a few weeks I gave up. I was extrememly disappointed. I am convinced that diet pills are a joke. Please, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
The only way I lost weight was by eating small portions, every few hours, and walking at lunch. I lost 12 lbs in two months, and I continue to lose weight by watching my portions and working out, my total weight loss is 18 lbs.

Comment: I am very happy with this product. It has helped me lose alot of weight I gained due to depression. I am earning back my self esteem by looking and feeling great. I take the recommended dosage religiously and it isn't making me jittery or wired which I highly appreciate.

Comment: Havent lost as much as I expected but it certainly helped decrease my appetite. I'm having trouble sticking to a healthier way of eating, I gues that's my personal problem.
